Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Frenchie Emporium. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

14-Day Return Policy: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@frenchieemporium.com. Before sending the item back, please get in touch to coordinate the return process.

Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception, and if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.

Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without a justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
